Great company ran by trustworthy people. Sold my house in November 2021 and bought my new home in February of 2022. Both times I used Augusta Real Estate Co. Ran into a few hiccups during the closing of my new home and my agent was able to mitigate with ease. You're getting experienced problem solvers who make the whole process stress free!

I must say I have had the best relationship with Jason while I was purchasing my home in Georgia. I never intended to buy a property in Georgia but after selling my home in Florida, I realized that the Florida market was not for me anymore. The houses were far more expensive. I always heard that Georgia real estate was affordable. I consciously made the decision that I was going to go online and check out the market in Augusta, Georgia. When I went online, I ran into Jason Schoolfield. We began talking about a brand new property that was under construction and when I started questioning about what Augusta have to offer, he told me a wide range of opportunities available in Augusta. One thing he told me that captured my interest was that Augusta was close to Fort Gordon base in Grovetown. Sometime had passed and I did not speak to Jason for almost a month because I was uncertain if I should invest in Augusta, Georgia. Although I did not speak to Jason for a few weeks, Jason was never pressuring. All he gave me was facts on the city and advised where to invest to get the most for my rental property. As I said, I did not speak to Jason for a few weeks. However, I received an email from another agent on Zillow. This agent started out real nice but she was very pressuring. She wanted me to sign an agreement which stated that I would pay the commission if the seller refused to pay her commission. I recalled her telling me that she did not want to run the comps on houses that I was interested in if I was not ready to buy because it took up a lot of time to run the comps. This realtor wanted a quick sale and to be done with me. Anyways, I kept looking at properties she was sending me but I refused to sign the sales agreement with her. One day I came across a property that I was interested in and I indicated my interest online to the realtor. While we were talking on the phone, I was asking all the same questions I had asked Jason a few weeks ago. All that this person was telling sounded so familiar. I eventually said to the person that I was told the same things a few weeks ago by another realtor. The person said, "It was me you were talking to." OMG! I was ecstatic. From there on Jason continued to work with me in finding a home After doing my research, I decided to get somewhere in Grovetown because of Fort Gordon Base. In working with Jason, I found him to be a very accommodating person. He was a very god listener and he went the extra.mile to make me happy. He never complained when I told him about the several houses I was interested in. I never felt pressured to choose the first house I was interested in either. I felt very comfortable working with Jason. I can recall I had put in an offer on one property and Jason then said to me that if I saw another property that I was interested in I could put in another offer too. I was.like, Are you ok with that because that was not what I was getting from the other realtor. Jason's response was I am here to make you happy. It is not a problem. He even offered to drop everything he was doing to look at a property i was interested in. Jason is a great guy and is true to his words. This is the reason why we still have a very good relationship until now. He did not beat around the bush. He was honest to the core. If I was to buy another property in Georgia, I would definitely use Jason again and I highly recommend Jason to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house.
